Tip: Our shipping rates are calculated based on order value and destination. Adding items to your purchase will significantly improve the % shipping cost to order value. It is best to order multiple items in one order than to create multiple orders.
Proof of Delivery : All shipments will require a signature at the time of delivery.
Shipping Damage: Please inspect your product upon receipt and note any damage or suspect damage on the waybill the delivery company asks you to sign. This will assist us in filing a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. Our customer service representative will assist you in making damage claims with the carrier if you desire, simply forward a signed copy of the waybill document to us and state the nature of the damage. Please be sure to include your name and address.
United States Duties and Taxes: all shipments will be sent by parcel courier companies and will be cleared and brokered on your behalf. There will be no additional costs* beyond the shipping charge set out in your order confirmation unless prior notice has been given,. Please be aware that the selected delivery service performance may vary due to uncontrollable circumstances with clearing international parcels through customs. * - any state or federal sales taxes payable for imported products are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Note: US Customers, with orders over $2000, may be asked to supply FST# or Social Security Numbers as required by US Customs to expedite cross border shipments.
Delivery Times: Although we have made every effort to eliminate shipping times and terms which are unobtainable, we will contact you by e-mail should we not be able to fulfill your service selection. You will be given the option to cancel your order or accept new shipping terms.
